Service Description
Booking slots are divided in 1-hour blocks for pickup of decor. Choose your slot and pick up your decor within your selected time block. Return your items by 8 pm Sunday night. Voilà!
Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have placed an order with us it means that we have reserved time and ressources exclusively for you. Should you wish to cancel your order, please be advised of the following options: 1. Cancellations made up to 9 months before a scheduled event booking will be subject to a 75% refund. 2. Cancellations made up to 6 months before a scheduled event booking will be subject to a 50% refund. 3. Cancellations made up to 3 months before a scheduled event booking will be subject to a 25% refund. 4. Cancellations made less than 3 months before a scheduled event booking will unfortunately not be subject to any refund. *Please note there are no refunds made on custom floral arrangements, as these are created specifically and immediately after an order is placed *Please also note that there are no refunds issued for setup and tear-down services
